General

Susan's place has a wiki and sprawling forums discussing HRT and its effects, and is a particularly great resource for surgical information. Unfortunately the site has a strong binary, feminine and gatekeepery bias to it. The forums restrict any discussion or links to other resources, and discussion of DIY stuff is strictly disallowed.
r/AskTransgender on Reddit has a lot of information and outlinks if you make use of the search feature.
The IRC channels ##transspace and #velvetandlace on irc.freenode.net are great places to socialize casually with friendly sorts with a wide range of experiences.
